Prosciutto Wrapped Figs Stuffed with Goat Cheese

Prosciutto Wrapped Figs

  • Slice the fig open through the top, near the stem.
  • Mash some goat cheese in.
  • Wrap up in Prosciutto, and secure with tooth-picks.
  • Grill until the Prosciutto is crispy. Serve and eat immediately.

I find that I enjoy only 1 of these in a sitting. Two, tops.
