Excel HTML

Incidentally, in my last post, I entered the data into Excel, saved it to HTML, then used vim to clean it up. This resulted in a 5,890 character HTML, whereas the original Excel table consisted of 18,812 characters.
Thats a 31% reduction.
In case your interested, the interesting VIM commands I used where:

:,$ s/<td\_[^>]*>/<td>
:,$ s/<tr\_[^>]*>/<tr>
:,$ s/<span\_[^>]*>//
:,$ s/<\/span\_[^>]*>//
